David's house has been one of my most favorite undertakings — an ordinary ranch transformed into an extraordinary, contemporary golf retreat!

As one can see in the “before” pictures, we were able to go in and gut the entire house, remove walls, raise ceilings and create a whole new space. It’s not even recognizable!

Skylights and large sliders open onto the inviting slate patio with a warm cedar pergola, the perfect retreat for after that long golf game. Or visit the master shower with jets soothing showerheads from all angles and natural light from the “arctic violet” glass block!

The four bedrooms and four baths open onto a large kitchen and living area that is perfect for entertaining and just hanging out! The stacked stone fireplace with the large screen TV above gives the perfect arena for watching any of your favorite programs and the lighting detail throughout the house allows for any mood to be set!

The bonus room is complete with leather furniture to sink into and a pool table to continue the sports on into the evening, while offering a birds eye view of the private back yard.

David's constant involvement and creative design ideas were instrumental in making this such a successful project. Myself and my staff are proud to be a part of the creation of the "DogDen"!

Golfers are minutes away from Pinehurst Village and many of the local courses as well as several local eateries that boast eclectic and mouth watering cuisine! This is definitely a retreat you don’t want to miss!
