Karen Montgomery – Director of Customer Support

Karen Montgomery directs DogDenGolf’s customer service efforts and focus.

In her career, she worked in retail management for several years until beginning a career with The Vanguard Group, initially at their Valley Forge headquarters. She then was promoted and transferred to open the new Individual Client Services Call Center facility in Charlotte, N.C.

She worked as a supervisor and co-managed up to 300 employees in the company’s high net worth area.

Karen graduated from Shippensburg University with a BBA in International Management and resides in the Charlotte area with her husband, Mark and their two sons, Evan and Noah.
